In a very interesting incident, Cyber Brawl led to the sacking of two Sydney Employees. The fight started when Ms Nugent sent an email to the whole office complaining about her missing lunch to which another woman employee Ms. Bird fired back.

In response Ms Nugent started taunting that Ms Bird can't keep a Boy-friend. The incident took a bad shape when copies of all the emails started sweeping through Sydney's different offices.... which led to the sacking of both the female employees.

The spokeperson of the firm said: "Anyone involved in passing on the e-mail would be disciplined.... Email is a business tool, not a personal messaging system - the use of it in this case was not in any way acceptable, nor is that the way we expect people to treat their work colleagues".
